Only if Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout. GIDDI offers optional Shipping Protection on every order, giving you coverage in the event your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery.
If Shipping Protection was not added before completing your purchase, GIDDI is unable to provide a replacement, refund, or store credit for affected orders. This policy applies regardless of the circumstances of the loss or theft.
You will always be given the opportunity to add Shipping Protection at checkout before your order is placed. Once an order is submitted without Shipping Protection, it cannot be added retroactively.
