Only if you added Checkout+ (shipping protection) to your order.
GIDDI offers optional shipping protection on every order through our partner Onward. If your package is lost, stolen, damaged, or arrives with missing or incorrect items, Onward handles the claim and arranges a reshipment, reorder, refund, or store credit directly with you.
Coverage is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. To file a claim, visit the Onward claims portal and enter your email and order number.
If Checkout+ wasn't added before you completed your order, we're unable to provide a replacement, refund, or store credit for shipping issues. It can't be added after an order is placed.
