Is your packaging discreet?
Absolutely. Your order will arrive in discreet, plain brown packaging from “Fulfillment Center” with no indication of what’s inside. Smaller packages may also arrive in discreet, plain bubble envelopes.
When can I expect my order?
Order by 12 PM EST and we'll ship it the same day. After that, your order goes out the next business day. US standard shipping takes 3-7 business days once it's on its way.

How do I get free shipping?
Spend $69 or more and free US standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout. No code needed. If you're using a discount code, your post-discount total needs to reach $69 to qualify. Free standard shipping is available for US orders only.
Does GIDDI cover lost or stolen packages?
Only if you added Checkout+ (shipping protection) to your order. GIDDI offers optional shipping protection on every order through our partner Onward. If your package is lost, stolen, damaged, or arrives with missing or incorrect items, Onward handles
What does Checkout+ cover?

Can I add shipping protection after I place my order?
No. Checkout+ must be added at checkout before your order is submitted — it can't be added after the fact. If you didn't include it, your order isn't covered for loss, theft, or damage in transit.

Checkout+ is priced at 4% of your order subtotal and can be added at checkout. You'll see it displayed in your cart before completing your purchase.
