1-Year Warranty
Every GIDDI massager comes with a one-year worldwide warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device has a qualifying defect, we'll replace it free of charge.
What's covered: faulty materials, faulty workmanship, and functional issues that affect how the device operates.
What's not covered: normal wear and tear, damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper storage, failure to follow the product instructions, and any attempt to open, modify, or dismantle the device. Tampering voids the warranty.
How to Claim
Create an account at mygiddi.com and keep your order number or receipt on hand. Your warranty starts on the date of purchase. When you reach out, we'll ask for a photo or video of the defect. No need to send the device back. Once we've verified the issue, we'll ship your replacement. Dispose of the defective unit at your local electronics recycling center.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights and doesn't affect them.
5-Year Quality Guarantee
If your device develops a fault after the one-year warranty expires, or you've lost your proof of purchase, you're still covered. Email us, and we'll give you 50% off a new GIDDI device from mygiddi.com. The discount is one-time use per qualifying product and is available to anyone who has purchased a GIDDI device, wherever you bought it.
