How to Activate Your Warranty

To activate your GIDDI warranty:

  1. Create a customer account on mygiddi.com.
  2. Keep your original purchase receipt or order number as evidence of the purchase date.

Your warranty begins on the date of original purchase.

GIDDI 1-Year Warranty

All GIDDI pleasure objects are intended for adult use only and come with a ONE (1) YEAR worldwide manufacturing warranty against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.

If you discover a qualifying defect and notify GIDDI within the warranty period, GIDDI will, at its discretion, replace the pleasure object free of charge.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Defects caused by faulty materials
  • Defects caused by faulty workmanship
  • Functional issues that affect the operation of the device

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or improper storage
  • Damage caused by failure to follow instructions
  • Any attempt to open, dismantle, or modify the device or its accessories (doing so voids the warranty)

Evidence Required

Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable proof that:

  1. The defect qualifies under the GIDDI Warranty, and
  2. The claim date falls within the warranty period.

You must keep your purchase receipt and warranty conditions for the duration of the period.

GIDDI will request photo and/or video evidence of the defect to validate your claim.

No Returns Required

Devices under warranty do not need to be sent back to GIDDI.

Please dispose of defective products at your local recycling centre.

Statutory Rights

This warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect those rights in any way.

5-Year Quality Guarantee

If your device becomes faulty after the 1-year warranty expires or you’ve lost your proof of purchase, you are still eligible for GIDDI’s 5-Year Quality Guarantee.
