Once your order has shipped, tracking it is quick and easy! Here’s how to stay updated on your delivery.


✅ You’ll Receive a Tracking Email

After your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link.

  • Subject line: “Your GIDDI Order Has Shipped”

  • Sent to the email address you used at checkout

  • Includes a clickable link to track your package in real-time

Check your spam/junk folder or search your inbox for “GIDDI.”


📍Track via Your GIDDI Account

If you created an account during checkout:

  1. Log in at www.mygiddi.com

  2. Go to My Orders

  3. Click View Order Details to access your tracking number


⏱ When to Expect Tracking Info

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)

  • You’ll receive tracking as soon as your item ships
