Every GIDDI toy comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty, because we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

✅ What’s Covered?

The warranty covers manufacturer defects, including:

• Charging issues that occur under normal use

• Motor malfunctions (vibration, rotation, or movement failures)

• Internal control or circuit failures

• Buttons not responding or becoming unresponsive

• Toy not turning on after full charge (not caused by misuse)

• Physical damage from normal use only

If your toy stops working due to any of the above within 12 months of purchase, we’ll gladly replace it at no charge.

🚫 What’s Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper cleaning

• Water damage if the toy was used beyond its waterproof rating

• Cosmetic issues (scratches, discoloration, etc.) that don’t affect function

• Lost items, charging cords, or accessories

• Normal wear and tear from long-term use

• Toys purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
