Checkout+ covers the following during transit:

• Lost packages — your order wasn't delivered and the carrier confirms it's lost
• Stolen packages — your order shows as delivered but is missing
• Damaged packages — your order arrives visibly damaged due to carrier mishandling
• Missing or incorrect items — something was left out or the wrong item was sent
• Return-to-sender — your package was returned to us before delivery

Coverage is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. To file a claim, visit the Onward claims portal, and Onward handles it from there.
