Shipping Protection covers the following incidents during transit:

  • Lost packages — your order was not delivered and the carrier confirms it is lost
  • Stolen packages — your order shows as delivered but is missing (porch theft)
  • Damaged packages — your order arrives visibly damaged due to carrier mishandling

To file a claim, contact GIDDI support within 15 days of your estimated delivery date with your order number and a description of the issue.
