US and Canada Orders

GIDDI accepts returns on unopened, full-price items within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale.

A $10 restocking fee plus the cost of the return label is deducted from your refund.

International Orders

We currently only ship to the US and Canada. Orders shipped to any other country are final sale — we don't accept returns from outside the US or Canada.

How to Start a Return

Email [email protected] with your order number. We'll send you a pre-paid return label. Affix it to the outside of your package and drop it off at the carrier listed on the label.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you with the status. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. If your refund hasn't appeared after a few days, check with your card issuer since bank processing times vary.

GIDDI isn't responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. For orders over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance.
